News on Campus

Our summer program is in full swing as Mr. Lara and the Day Care staff join together to lead our children into a fun-filled summer. Check out the calendar for the summer and enroll your child(ren) now! Daily and weekly rates are offered and more information is available in the School Office.

We are happy to welcome two new teachers for the 2004-2005 school year:

Ms. Emily Hudson will be our new second grade teacher. Ms. Hudson comes to us from Texas, where she taught grades 1 through 3 for nine years. She obtained her B.A. in Elementary Education from Louisiana State University, achieving the Dean’s and Chancellor’s Lists.

Our new third grade teacher will be Ms. Tammy Stradiotto. Ms. Stradiotto comes to us from Lutheran School of the Foothills. She has 14 years of teaching experience and earned her B.S. degree in Child Development at Cal State Northridge. She is described by her former principal as “a very special teacher with a gift for listening and caring. She is deeply dedicated to her students and committed to the school.”

REMINDERS:

• The first tuition payment for the 2004-2005 school year is due on August 2 and is late on the 6th.
• Registration forms are due in the Office immediately.
• Please make arrangements to visit your child’s physician over the summer to update immunizations, hearing, vision and other testing as required and provide the Office with a copy of any updates.
• We have limited openings in the following grades: 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th. If you know anyone who is looking for a great school for their child(ren), refer them to the School Office!
• Continue shopping at Office Depot for your school supplies and Salem will receive 5%. Use our ID#70008444 when you check out!!
