Curriculum & Information

Junior Kindergarten is a program designed for studentswho demonstrate maturity, intelectual curiosity, readiness and eagerness for a fuller academic program. We focus on the growth of the whole child and the teacher acts as a guide for the childeren as they learn about themselves, their peers. and their environment
The foundation for all the academic subjects is presented giving Junior Kindergarteners a true head start for school in the years to come.

Subjects covered in Junior Kindergarten include, but are not limited to:

Children will observe God’s creations through themed units: the ocean, desert, plants, animals, insects, the solar system, and so much more. They also work on a class project for Salem’s annual Science Fair.
